    Helpful Trainer

For those that need structure and that extra push for training, this pelvic trainer is the best buddy. It's pretty easy to figure out what to do and feels comfortable. I knew before that these exercises would help me with prepping for pregnancy but I wasn't able to take it seriously until having this device! Complimentary from Smile Makers Collection.

    IT WORKS!!!!!!

I am so impressed by this product. Listen I am a mom of three all three of my babies have been huge. I've had two vaginal deliveries and one c-section. Things down there are not the same as they once were. I'm tired of peeing when I sneeze or running LOL this product is amazing and I think every woman should have one. It is a very super soft silicone easy to insert very user friendly. It has eight different speeds from beginner to expert kegel level control. You insert it and do a kegel and it vibrates to let you know that you did it correctly. The vibration feedback just takes the right amount of pressure too. Once you feel the vibration you hold for 3 to 5 seconds let go and repeat. I like to do it for 10 minutes and move up one speed level every other day. Once you get used to it you can move up different levels as your strength of your pelvic floor becomes stronger. I can already tell just from a week that my pelvic floor has became a much stronger! And I'm not even going to lie to you, it feels amazing so you want to do your kegels literally all the time lol It's not like the workout that you dread. You literally want to continue doing this 😂 it is definitely tightening things up

The pelvic floor is a hammock-like group of muscles that stretches from the pubic bone at the front to the tailbone at the back—and side to side. It supports organs like the bladder, uterus, and rectum, playing a key role in bladder control, posture, childbirth, core strength, and sexual function. Yep, it does a lot!

Also known as pelvic floor exerrcises, Kegels are short muscle contractions that involve a squeeze, hold, and full release. The relax part is just as important as the squeeze.Pelvic Partner gives you guided resistance, real-time feedback, and confidence in your technique.Note: These exercises are great for strengthening the pelvic floor and preventing future issues. But if you experience pelvic floor tension or pain, check in with a pelvic health professional first.
