1. Get comfortable

Find a relaxed position, such as lying down with your knees bent. Insert Pelvic Partner and apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant (we recommend Generous Gel 😉) for added comfort.


2. Squeeze and release

Gently squeeze your pelvic floor to trigger a vibration. Hold for 3–5 seconds, then fully relax until the vibration stops. That’s one rep.


3. Build your habit

Complete 10–15 reps per set. Aim for 2–3 sets per session, around three times a week.
