Reliable and enjoyable way to know you are improving your pelvic floor

I had never really 🤔 known if I was doing pelvic exercises correctly. The Pelvic Partner is great as you won’t get a vibration if you’re not doing it correctly. Initially I struggled with level 1 but in a couple of weeks I have confidently progressed to level 2 and now begun level 3. So lay back, relax and know you are getting it right when you can hold the rather nice tingly vibration for 3 or so seconds…..a very enjoyable achievement!

    Already Seeing Improvement

I’m a mom of 2 kids (2 and 7 years old), so after having babies I really needed something to help my pelvic floor. I only used it twice after work so far, and I can only do setting 3 right now, so I definitely need more practice. I already notice some improvement with my bladder control, which makes me excited to keep using it. I like that it’s easy to use and doesn’t need an app. I’m planning to use it every day and hope it will help me get even stronger. So far I’m really happy with it and think it’s worth trying. complimentary from smilemakerscollection

    Great for postpartum recovery

My doctor recommended pelvic floor exercises after giving birth, and using the Pelvic Partner has made them so much easier and more effective. It helps me stay consistent and target the right muscles instead of guessing if I’m doing the exercises correctly. I can already feel my strength and control improving. It’s simple to use, comfortable, and has become an important part of my postpartum recovery. I’m so glad I found it! #complimentary from smilemakerscollection

FAQs

A pelvic floor trainer is a wellness device designed to help you identify, activate, and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. It provides feedback during pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises to improve technique, strength, and consistency.

This pelvic floor trainer uses 360° squeeze-sensor technology to detect pelvic floor muscle contractions. When you squeeze, the device vibrates, and when you fully relax, the vibration stops. This real-time haptic feedback helps you learn correct contraction and relaxation. It features 8 progressive strength levels.

A pelvic floor trainer helps build awareness, strength, and control of the pelvic floor muscles. Regular use can support bladder control, posture, recovery after childbirth, reduced risk of pelvic organ prolapse, and improved sexual wellbeing.

This pelvic floor trainer is designed for internal vaginal use. It is made from smooth, body-safe silicone and shaped for comfort, correct positioning, and easy removal with a flexible tail.

If you are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before using a pelvic floor trainer. Some people can safely perform pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy, but internal devices may not be recommended in all cases.

Yes, a pelvic floor trainer can be used during perimenopause and menopause. It may help maintain pelvic floor strength, bladder control, and confidence. If experiencing vaginal dryness, use a water-based lubricant and start at lower levels.

If you have pelvic organ prolapse, consult a pelvic health physiotherapist or healthcare provider before using a pelvic floor trainer. Professional guidance ensures safe and appropriate use based on your condition.

This pelvic floor trainer is app-free and uses built-in smart features including 360° squeeze sensors, haptic vibration feedback, 8 progressive modes, and magnetic charging. It focuses on body awareness rather than data tracking.

The pelvic floor is a hammock-like group of muscles that stretches from the pubic bone at the front to the tailbone at the back—and side to side. It supports organs like the bladder, uterus, and rectum, playing a key role in bladder control, posture, childbirth, core strength, and sexual function. Yep, it does a lot!

Also known as pelvic floor exerrcises, Kegels are short muscle contractions that involve a squeeze, hold, and full release. The relax part is just as important as the squeeze.Pelvic Partner gives you guided resistance, real-time feedback, and confidence in your technique.Note: These exercises are great for strengthening the pelvic floor and preventing future issues. But if you experience pelvic floor tension or pain, check in with a pelvic health professional first.

A pelvic floor trainer helps you correctly identify and exercise your pelvic floor muscles. It provides real-time feedback, improves exercise effectiveness, and makes it easier to maintain a consistent pelvic health routine.

A stronger pelvic floor can improve bladder control, posture, core stability, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, reduce the risk of prolapse, support menopause comfort, and enhance sexual wellbeing and body awareness.

Most pelvic floor trainers require an app, an account, and handing over your most personal health data to a tech platform. Pelvic Partner works without any of that. No app, no data tracking, no subscription. Just effective pelvic floor training on your terms, without the tech tax.
