Growing up, what kind of convos did you have about sex? I grew up in a very religious household we never talked about sex or sexual pleasure. I also attended a Christian school where the sexual education was absolutely dismal, with no talk about the pleasurable side of sex, both with your partner and solo pleasure. I was never taught growing up about how pleasurable, incredible, and liberating masturbating can be. I’m making up for lost time ;)

At what age do you first remember masturbating? I was about 18 I’d never even known that that was something a woman could do up until that point.

Week one.

I have ‘alone time’ 1-2 times a week. I always use an internal and external vibrator when masturbating. I always use lube when using a clitoral vibrator. I find porn really intense to watch and as a gay woman, I find it hard to find things targeted to me. So I always use written fictional erotica to get me ‘in the mood’. When using my vibrator especially ‘The Romantic’ I find I ALWAYS climax (more than once ;)

Week two.

I manage to get time to myself more often when my family is away. Probably 3 times a week. They’re super busy, and I use the time to my advantage. I always listen to my ‘getting- in-the-mood’ playlist, and it helps me feel sexy and free. I find that when I masturbate more often my skin’s clearer, I feel better in myself. I feel better in my body and my mind, too. I love the serotonin boost it gives me. I find getting everything shaved, putting on a nice moisturizer, and having a pamper night before masturbating help me get in the mood even more and makes the experience even better!

Week three.

I had a bit of a dip in my sex drive this week. It just happens sometimes, which is completely normal. I probably did it once this week which was still very nice and pleasurable. I was still able to climax more than once, and I found that a lot of the time, it really positively impacted my sleep and helped me relax and destress. I still used my pleasure aids like lube, external and internal vibrators and erotic fiction. I definitely had fun ;)

Week four.

I had a bit of a peak in my sex drive. I was reading a lot of erotic materials, and it was definitely getting me in the mood. I was feeling really good in my body this week, and it made masturbating an even more pleasurable experience; it was super liberating and made me feel really connected to my body. I use my vibrators religiously and never really use just my hands for stimulation, I find it easier to climax with the vibrations and love using the stimulation on other intimate areas like the breasts and stomach and around my hips. It was a great week ;)
